As a local wholesaler and fish processing facility, we scale/gut, fillet, butterfly, and portion to order, which allows the freshness to shine through to our customers. We have thoroughly vetted all of our suppliers and purchase direct from fishermen, whenever able. We have many strong fresh seafood programs, both domestic and international, including some favorites, like: Alaskan Fish, New Zealand Fish, East Coast Fish, and our Shellfish Program, which includes a special partnership with Island Creek Oysters. We also work with some of the top aquaculture farms around the globe; including: Loch Duart, Levantina, Ōra King Salmon, Calvisius Caviar, Eagle Creek, Loch Etive, and more.
Our quality control is second-to-none to ensure our clients receive the freshest fish possible. From the moment our shipments are received, vital measures are taken to ensure temp controls, visual inspection of all product, and rejection of any product not consistent with our quality guarantee.
We operate 7 days/week, accept same-day orders, and have no minimum requirements. This allows our clients to purchase fresh fish daily, in amounts that are only needed for service that day.
